the Great Green future

The U.S. Government has a reported 900+ billion in funding available for a wide range of green investments. Much of it stalled over confusing proposals ultimately denied due to lack of design science thinking. Todays American banks are challenged by a lack of Design science training they suffer from from inability to evaluate green loan proposals. They deny loans until government requirements drive them into loans that end up failing. Grants happen the same way.
